Refund policy

This Refund Policy governs how and when refunds are granted for ClinNova International events and services. 1. Conferences & Symposiums Refunds are available only if requested at least 96 hours (4 days) before the event date. • Submit requests to info@clinnovainternational.com with proof of payment. • Late requests will not be accepted. • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible. 2. Membership Fees All membership fees are non-refundable once registration is completed. 3. Workshop Fees All workshop fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason or timing. 4. Payment Method & Data Security Payments are accepted via direct bank transfer and cash only. We do not store any financial data on our servers or database. Participants are responsible for entering accurate payment details.
