Harsahaj Singh Wilkhoo is the founder and Director of ClinNova International, a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for transforming medical education and research. A certified Diabetes Educator by the International Diabetes Federation School of Diabetes, Belgium, and an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), Harsahaj combines clinical expertise with research excellence and a passion for mentorship. A final-year medical student at the Faculty of Medicine, Tbilisi State Medical University, Georgia, Harsahaj has over 20 publications and international conference presentations in prestigious journals and forums, focusing on cardiovascular medicine, diabetes, and clinical innovations. He has completed research-based courses with distinction from institutions including Harvard Medical School, the CDC, NHS, and the International Diabetes Federation, and is a co-developer of health risk evaluation tools for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and smoking-related risks.

Driven by a vision to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, Harsahaj founded ClinNova International to provide immersive peer education, research training, and global networking opportunities. In 2021, he established the Georgian division of India’s largest medical education and research organization, becoming the first person to bring its global network to Georgia, spanning over 12 countries. Which at that time was the first medical student led organization of its kind in the country, thereby introducing the concept of such organizations. During his tenure as President and Global Ambassador for three consecutive years, Harsahaj led the research wing at the organization’s core headquarters, pioneered the journal club concept, and hosted bi-monthly international sessions via Zoom, mentoring and training over 25,000 medical students locally and globally.

Building on this extensive experience in leadership, mentorship, and global peer education, Harsahaj founded ClinNova International in September 2024 with a mission to redefine medical education. Drawing from years of experience in managing large-scale programs, fostering research, and guiding aspiring healthcare professionals, he envisioned a platform that integrates peer education, research training, and global networking opportunities.
                        

Harsahaj’s work has earned him notable recognition, including the Young Researcher Award (InRes, 2025), Best Scholar Award at the 19th International Academic Excellence Awards (Scifax Group, 2025), and Editor’s Pick at Exploration of Cardiology for his research on cardiovascular risk and L-carnitine to name a few.
